The All-Powerful #IWSG

Well, maybe all-powerful. I don’t know for sure. What I do know is I found out about them from the #a-to-zchallenge webpage. So the #IWSG stands for, Insecure Writer’s Support Group. And like the AtoZ, they do challenges / contests too!

Not sure if I’ll attempt it. Five-thousand + words is a keyboard full, but I have a few ideas based on their theme. For those of you that are interested, go check it out!

Also, here’s a list of other bloggers / writers that are entered.

Hmmm.  The list of all the other blogs involved is supposed to appear here (235 of them to be precise). Click here will show you the listing.

  1. I took it from the middle (3000-6000 words) that was shown in the guidelines of the present contest. And 5K isn’t all that much. If Nanowrimo has people cranking 1200/day (which I can keep up for about a week), then it’s doable.

  2. 5,000 words! Holy smokes, where’d you get that number? I do a whole lot less than that for IWSG posts. I know they’ve got an anthology coming out, but I haven’t even looked at the word counts. And you can just do posts, if you don’t want to commit to the anthology. Don’t let that scary number stand in your way!
